1.) Download and save the Mileage Log (Microsoft Word document) here -->
May Mileage Challenge.doc
»» Save the document (or rename it) by adding your initials at the end.
»» For example: "May Mileage ChallengeXYZ.doc" if
your initials are XYZ.
2.) Open the document. Fill in your Name/Nickname and your Mileage Goal for the month.
3.) Keep track of your miles in each category and enter them in the appropriate column on the Mileage Log.
»» Update the column totals at the bottom of the page.
4.) Send a periodic email update (weekly or every few days) of your total mileage to track your progress online.
»» Send email to:
BikeMonthMiles@StoutWebSites.com.
»» Use "May Mileage Challenge" as the email subject.
»» "Attach" your updated May Mileage Challenge document file.
